Major General Willard Latham

Mr. Latham tells stories about his time at the North Texas Agricultural College including the caste system whereby freshman were required to run errands for sophomores and his job of milking 8 cows each day in exchange for room and board. He also provides commentary about some of the problems he saw with the South Vietnamese government and soldiers from corruption to a lack of fighting abilities.
